怎么背
背书习惯就是要读出声，还喜欢听录音回顾，这样就可以一遍一遍的在脑子里面过。
复述是检验背书成果最好的经验方式，没有书写那么废时间，也比框架更详细。
遇到背书疲倦的时候，也会在A4白纸上面写写框架、关键词。
不算tips的tips：
1、会把很多学校考过的看做重点仔细背。
2、也会把教原背的次数会比其他三本更多，其他也要背，不是不背。
背多久
一般是上午背333，每天3小时左右，因为有上一年的背书记忆，所以没有花费更多的时间了。
如果之前没有333相关基础，每天可以花4小时以上背书。
背书一定要复习，建议第一遍背书用艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线，效果更佳。
背书还要输出，可以是复述或默写框架的方式。一定要复习，我一般会先昨天背的，复习完了再背新的。
背多少遍
不是背的遍数越多越好，但能取得高分，5遍是必不可少的。背到什么样的程度呢，就是看到一个小的知识点能大概说出来，一个大的知识点，大点都能说上还能想到例子。
关于模拟
考前一定一定要模拟，十一月～十二月的时候模拟三次左右。模拟有助于了解自己背诵情况，写字速度，卷面排版以及整洁度等等。个人建议模拟的时候至少要背书三遍以上，否则模拟效果不大，可能写不出什么东西，反而给自己挫败感。

9月之前：自己看视频，背书1—2遍左右，自己觉得背书效果不是很好，背得很慢。
9月到12月 参加了学姐的两轮带背，带背包含五次周测模拟等等，每天有背书任务，完成任务，每天默写框架、录音复述（在之前发过的视频里面也能看到）也有其他小伙伴一起背书互评，这种形式背起来更快更有效果，背了大概3—5遍。
教案
真题是有一道关于教案的题，所以从10月—12月间，把阅读、听力、写作、口语、读写、听说类得教案都写了一遍，当时学姐组了一个教案群，大家在里面互相批改教案。
最后，分享一句备考时常常激励到自己的话：“既然做了，就要做到最好。”
